Requirements for manuscript 

 

The scientific and technical journal "Geophysics News in Azerbaijan" is published quarterly. 

The editorial board accepts previously unpublished papers devoted to theoretical and experimental results in geophysics, geology, engineering geology, seismology, and other fields, as well as informational articles.

Articles are accepted in Azerbaijani, English, or Russian.

To prepare the manuscript, please use Microsoft Word, Times New Roman font, font size 12, strictly following the provided Template and the following parameters:

Page size: A4; Font: Times New Roman; size: 12; Margins: 2 cm; Line spacing: 1; Justification: 1 cm; Paragraph indent: 1 cm.

 

FIGURES / ТАBLES

Figures must be in the following formats: jpg, gif, or bmp. Each figure and table must be numbered and captioned. Captions should not be included within the figures or tables. Figure captions should be written in Times New Roman, size 12, bold, and italic. Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially. Figures and tables are numbered separately. If there is only one figure or table in an article, numbers are not included.

REFERENCES 

References in the text to the corresponding source from the bibliography are presented in square brackets in the appropriate sequence (f.e. [1]).

Abstracts to the paper are to be submitted in three languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian. The abstracts should be up to 300 words and reflect the title of the paper, essence of the research, as well as the conclusions and results of the work (font size 12).
